Why Aren’t You In Prison?

"Obviously, the Rule of Law, individual integrity, and the principles of the Founding Dads only exist in idealistic theory, in law school textbooks, and in condescending lectures leveled at you, me and the ‘other animals’ to keep us controlled as our rulers desire."

How many laws have you broken today? Tear off any mattress labels? Bend the speed limit? Failed to “Click It”?

Tsk tsk tsk…

No worries! You’re in good company!

Every day the average American commits 3 felonies.” Harvey Silverglate, (Three Felonies A Day)

“There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws.”
― Ayn Rand

Those are just a couple on an endless list of quotes bearing the same message, the same reality: People break laws every day, all the time. We can’t help ourselves; the game is rigged against us.

But not all of us. Remember Napoleon Pig on Animal Farm, “All animals are equal, but some of us are more equal than others.”

Guess which animal you are…

Incessantly, we are lectured about the Rule of Law, the hallowed Constitution, Bill of Rights, and sacred Oaths of Office sworn with Biblical sanctity and supplication for Divine assistance while performing as [insert lofty job title here] for the benefit of our great Nation and the hard-working people of America.

These rules, these laws, these sanctimonious proclamations have the thrilling ring of preserving Freedom! Liberty! Independence! - shouted by rugged American individuals from rooftops in the Shining City on the Hill!

Sadly, few realize these stirring platitudes have all the strength of a limp noodle.

On this day, in our place in time, just going back 2, 3, 5, 10 years - or yesterday - what sentient being can honestly believe these cherished documents, principles and ideals are worth the parchment they're scribbled upon? If the Rule of Law truly existed in fact and practiced beyond the textbooks, homilies and clichés, if legislative and judicial integrity existed as written in real-time, would such infamous scum who pride themselves as ‘public servants’ be walking free, wallowing in a lifestyle funded by criminal activity and extorted taxpayer funds, lauded by the media and political vermin who strenuously assisted making them what they are today: the celebrity criminal class?

Obviously, the Rule of Law, individual integrity, and the principles of the Founding Dads only exist in idealistic theory, in law school textbooks, and in condescending lectures leveled at you, me and the ‘other animals’ to keep us controlled as our rulers desire.

Why? Now there is the burning question that should ignite the anger of a nation subjected to the injustices of the “More Equal Than Others” ruling class. Robert Taylor recently penned the answer. You won’t like it, but you will understand it and, just maybe, come to realize what future the opportunity created by the knowledge lies in his answer.

Here’s a preview:

“The law, then, is not a neutral body of rules to help keep order and govern society; it is merely an opinion with a gun. Whenever the state is in charge of anything, the outcomes, process, and administration are always political in nature. There can never be a system of definite, consistent rules that produce determinate results because these laws, no matter how they are written, will always be subjected to the biases, prejudices, and discrimination of those who interpret and enforce them….

When the law is under the dominion of a top-down, coercive state it is transformed from a system of governance to a body of expropriation. Whether through the use of logic or emotional appeals, whoever wields the state apparatus says what the law is and they will dispense their armed enforcers to make sure their law is fulfilled.”

The Myth of the Rule of Law

Within that quote lies the essence of why the Clintons, the Bushes, the Bidens, Comey, Clapper, Schumer, McConnell, Pelosi, Nadler, Waters, Schiff, Fauci, and too many others continue to walk free despite their well-known perjuries, felonies, and remarkable crimes. Actually, they are freer than we are simply because they have no reason to fear arrest and punishment. They are collectively and individually ‘more equal’ than the rest of us thanks to the corrupted political machine that has manipulated, re-ordered and weaponized the “Rule of Law” along with systems originally established to protect our inalienable rights. They are now used to protect the guilty and punish the innocent, an absolute perversion of Justice.

Now that Taylor’s irrefutable diagnosis has been revealed, what is there to do about it? How can the perverted status be reverted in order for “liberty and justice for all” to prevail?

Short answer: I do not know – beyond a Jeffersonian idea that earned him the admiration of early American patriots and spurred a Revolution - but, if mentioned today, would result in a charge of treason and prison. Or worse.

One certainty: the answer will not come from the Government or pontificating “elected officials” of any stripe. It is beyond question, politicians' and Government’s inability, unwillingness, and obvious disinterest to solve the very problems they have created. Why should they? What’s in it for them aside from the loss of office which would mean the loss of power and, possibly, much worse?

The long answer can only come from you and our fellow citizens.

Now that you know the extent of the problem, how do you answer?
